The Southlake City Council has approved a rezoning request that will allow the construction of four new single-family homes at 2300 W. Continental Blvd. This decision comes after an initial denial of the proposal.
Sage Group, Inc., representing property owner Stephanie Lomme, sought to change the zoning designation from agricultural to transition zoning district. The existing house, built in 1981, will be demolished to make way for the new residences.
The revised plan addressed concerns raised during the initial proposal, leading to its approval by the council. This development aligns with Southlake’s ongoing efforts to manage residential growth and land use within the community.
