Hotel Vin Expands with New Luxury Addition: Hotel Vin Reserve Coming to Grapevine

Hotel Vin, a distinguished member of the Marriott Autograph Collection, has unveiled plans to expand its presence in Grapevine, Texas, with the introduction of Hotel Vin Reserve. Scheduled to break ground in late 2025, this new development aims to enhance the luxury offerings of the existing establishment.

According to an Instagram announcement, Hotel Vin Reserve will feature a stunning outdoor pool, refined event spaces, and thoughtful enhancements throughout. This expansion reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing an elevated level of luxury to its guests.

Garin Giacomarro, Grapevine’s Director of Economic Development, provided further insights during the Grapevine Economic Development meeting on March 26. He noted that Hotel Vin Reserve will offer 120 rooms and will be constructed on the former site of Sunbelt Rentals at 321 E. Dallas Road. The new addition will seamlessly connect to the current Hotel Vin and will include amenities such as a spa, private event spaces, and additional parking facilities.

Giacomarro highlighted the hotel’s impressive performance since its opening in late 2020, stating, “One of the things I like telling people is [the hotel] opened in 2020 and their five-year projected sales number… they hit those in the first year.” This success has motivated the decision to invest further in the property.

Operated by Grapevine-based Coury Hospitality, Hotel Vin has become a notable destination since its inception. The upcoming Hotel Vin Reserve is poised to further enhance Grapevine’s appeal as a luxury destination.
