Carroll Independent School District (CISD) is making it easier for parents to secure student transportation by offering discounted bus pass rates for the 2025–26 school year available only through Monday, July 14.
While CISD has not yet released official numbers for 2025–26, last school year’s rates give us a strong indication of pricing:

Unlike many Texas districts, Carroll ISD does not receive state funding for transportation. For the 2024–25 school year alone, the district faced a $1.2 million annual loss in transportation operations. To offset these costs, a 20% increase in bus pass prices was approved last year.
