Wilks Development has announced plans for The Noc, a five-story apartment building within Frisco’s upcoming Firefly Park. Construction is set to begin in August 2025, with completion targeted for 2027. The project, estimated at $46.3 million, will offer 191 market-rate units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include conference rooms, a fitness center, a pool, and a lounge equipped with golf simulators.
Firefly Park is a 217-acre mixed-use development designed to blend urban living with natural landscapes. At full build-out, it will feature over 3 million square feet of Class A office space, 400,000 square feet of retail and entertainment venues, 1,200 hotel rooms, 230 townhomes, and 1,970 residential units, including those at The Noc. Central to the development is a 45-acre park with playgrounds, trails, ponds, and an amphitheater for live events.
Wilks Development acquired the land for Firefly Park in 2015. In 2024, the Frisco City Council approved new zoning for the project, and the Frisco Economic Development Corporation entered into a development agreement with Wilks Development later that year.
The Noc aims to provide residents with a modern living experience, seamlessly integrating with the vibrant community and natural beauty of Firefly Park.
