Baylor Scott & White Health has officially broken ground on its latest project in Frisco — a $265 million, full-service medical center slated to open in early 2026. This new facility, located near PGA Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, marks a significant investment in the health and future of Frisco’s growing population.
Once complete, the hospital will include 38 inpatient beds, an emergency department, operating rooms, imaging suites, and a wide range of outpatient services. Baylor Scott & White also plans to build an adjoining medical office building that will house primary care providers and specialists.
Designed with both patients and providers in mind, the hospital will offer expanded access to high-quality care and modern medical technology. The new facility is expected to create 300–500 jobs when fully operational providing not just healthcare, but economic growth for the Frisco area.
Leaders from Baylor Scott & White said the project responds to the increasing demand for medical services in North Texas, especially in fast-growing communities like Frisco. With easy access to major roads, the hospital will serve not just local residents but also surrounding areas of Collin and Denton counties.
This new medical center is part of the health system’s broader vision to grow with the communities it serves while keeping care local, accessible, and innovative.
Construction is already underway, with doors expected to open in early 2026.
