Senate Bill 6: Enhancing Electric Grid Reliability

To address housing affordability, Senate Bill 15 aims to reduce the minimum lot size requirements for single-family homes in new subdivisions. By allowing smaller homes on smaller lots, the legislation seeks to increase housing stock and provide more affordable options for Texans.
