A new luxury residential development, Harvest House, is set to enhance the Harvest community in Argyle, Texas. Developed by Hillwood, a prominent commercial and residential real estate firm, Harvest House will be situated at the northeast corner of I-35W and FM 407.

The development will feature 259 upscale apartments and 90 townhomes, each equipped with private yards. Apartment options range from one- to three-bedroom units, spanning 662 to 1,758 square feet. Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a pool, 24-hour fitness center, automated package lockers, a dog park, and electric vehicle charging stations. Additional features encompass co-working spaces with private offices, conference rooms, community-wide private Wi-Fi, and a clubhouse with a coffee bar. Outdoor spaces will offer play areas and access to the walking and bike paths within the greater Harvest community.

Pre-leasing for Harvest House is scheduled to commence this fall, with rental rates to be announced at that time. The community is anticipated to begin leasing units in early 2026, with project completion expected by late 2026.

Mark McHenry, senior managing director of Hillwood Multifamily, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, “We are excited to break ground on our newest community in the Alliance corridor and look forward to bringing the first luxury multifamily development to this growing area.” He also highlighted the development’s location within the highly regarded Argyle Independent School District, ranked within the top 1% of districts in Texas, and its proximity to the expanding employment opportunities in the AllianceTexas region.

Harvest House is part of the larger Harvest single-family community, which is projected to include 4,000 homes upon full build-out. Since welcoming its first residents in 2013, the community has expanded to include various commercial spaces and amenities, such as fishing docks, dog parks, soccer fields, greenhouses, and community pools. The Harvest communities are also integrated within Hillwood’s broader 27,000-acre AllianceTexas mixed-use development, encompassing 590 companies and supporting over 66,000 direct jobs.

This development signifies a significant addition to Argyle’s residential offerings, providing diverse housing options and contributing to the area’s growth and appeal.
