San Antonio-based grocery chain H-E-B has announced plans to open its first store in Denton, Texas, as part of its ongoing expansion in North Texas. The new store will be situated within Hillwood’s 3,200-acre Landmark development, located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35W and Robson Ranch Road.
The Landmark development is designed to include 6,000 single-family homes, 3,000 multifamily units, and 5 million square feet of commercial space, all centered around parks, trails, and recreational areas. Construction of the H-E-B store is expected to begin this spring, pending finalization of the property purchase.
