On April 15, 2025, Flower Mound officials and community members gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Thirty-One Eleven Sunset, a new 16-story luxury apartment complex located in Lakeside Village. The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live music, and refreshments, marking a significant addition to the town’s residential offerings.
Developed by Dallas-based Realty Capital Residential, Thirty-One Eleven Sunset comprises 207 residential units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and townhomes. Residents began moving into the complex in early March, coinciding with the completion of construction.
The building boasts a range of upscale amenities designed to enhance the living experience:
Situated within the 160-acre, $2.5 billion Lakeside Village mixed-use development, Thirty-One Eleven Sunset offers residents scenic views of Lake Grapevine and convenient access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and public amenities. The development’s final phase includes plans for Hotel Miramar, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, and a six-story office building, both expected to open in 2027.
