The Fort Worth-based Byrne Construction Services secured a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $26.7 million as part of the project’s estimated overall cost of $46.6 million .

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 26. The foundation is expected to be poured in August, with full completion anticipated in early 2027.

  • Public safety training tower, four stories tall (~4,200 sq ft, 50 ft height)
  • Pole barn and fuel station (~5,600 sq ft) for equipment and vehicle storage
