Celina Explores Expansion with 125 New Homes in “Glen at Uptown”

Celina officials are considering an expansion of the Uptown master-planned community with a new neighborhood called Glen at Uptown, designed to add about 125 single-family homes and 41 acres of new land to the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.

City council postponed the proposal on June 10 because negotiations weren’t finalized, and the decision will now return at their July 8 meeting .
Rockhill Capital and Investment, the developer behind the project, first announced plans for the neighborhood in January .

🌱 Uptown Master Plan Growing

Uptown already includes several new neighborhoods:
- The Ranch at Uptown (just opened as of early June, over 1,000 homes)
- The Heights at Uptown (232 homes planned)
