The Links on PGA Parkway in Frisco to House Nearly 2,000 Residents by 2027

Construction is underway on the final two phases of The Links on PGA Parkway, a luxury apartment community in Frisco, Texas. Once completed, the development will comprise 1,310 residential units across a 38-acre site, accommodating nearly 2,000 residents by 2027.

The first two phases, opened in December 2021 and October 2023, delivered 690 apartments and a two-acre city park. The final phases will add 620 units and 815 underground parking spaces.

Amenities at The Links include resort-style pools, clubhouses, fitness centers, a grab-and-go market, a golf simulator, and complimentary yoga and golf lessons.

The development is situated near the PGA of America headquarters, the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, and the upcoming Universal Kids Resort, contributing to the area’s rapid growth and appeal.
