A new residential community, Pecan Hill, is currently under construction in McKinney, Texas. Developed by Dallas-based First Texas Homes, this project will bring 64 single-family homes to the west side of Lake Forest Drive, near McKinney Boyd High School.

The homes in Pecan Hill are priced in the mid-$500,000 range and offer nine different floor plan configurations, including both one and two-story options with customizable features. Sales are expected to commence soon, with the first residents anticipated to move in later in 2025. Interested buyers can visit the community sales center located at 2808 Fountain Park Drive in north McKinney.
