Frisco, TX – A new luxury residential development is on the horizon as Aurora Apartments prepares to commence construction at Firefly Park later this year. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the 233-unit high-rise is slated to begin construction as early as October, though Wilks Development, the firm spearheading the project, indicates a potential November start date.
Aurora Apartments will offer a range of one- to three-bedroom units, complemented by a suite of upscale amenities including co-working and conference spaces, a dog spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The development also plans to incorporate 16,250 square feet of retail space and provide 450 parking spaces, enhancing the mixed-use appeal of Firefly Park.
This project marks a significant addition to Frisco’s rapidly expanding Firefly Park, reflecting the city’s ongoing growth and commitment to providing diverse residential and commercial opportunities.
