Celina, TX —
Celina’s rapid growth may soon accelerate even further with three proposed developments that could bring nearly 500 new homes to the city. Following public hearings on April 17, the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of all three projects, with final decisions now pending a City Council vote in May.
With Planning and Zoning Commission approvals in hand, all three development proposals now move forward to the full Celina City Council for final consideration. A decision is expected to be made during the council’s meetings in May.
If approved, these developments will significantly shape the future landscape of Celina, supporting its ongoing population boom and strengthening its appeal to new families and businesses.
