McKinney residents will head to the polls on May 3, 2025, to vote in several pivotal local elections, including races for mayor, city council, and school board positions. Early voting begins April 22 and runs through April 29.

Early Voting
Early voting runs from April 22 to April 29. Polling hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from April 22–26, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on April 28–29. Voters can cast ballots at any polling location in Collin County. In McKinney, eight locations will be open, including:
Election Day
Election Day is Saturday, May 3. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Registered voters can vote at any polling place in Collin County.
