Two major residential developments are set to bring 396 new homes to Celina, Texas, with leasing expected to begin in late 2026. National homebuilder Taylor Morrison will lead the construction of these projects, located at the northeast corner of FM 1385 and Tudor Place.
The Yardly Frontier development is projected to be a $60 million investment, comprising approximately 246 units. It will feature a mix of one- to three-bedroom single-story cottage homes and two-story homes with garages, ranging in size from 700 to 1,400 square feet.
Adjacent to Yardly Frontier, the Yardly Sutton Fields development is expected to cost $55 million and will include 150 single-family detached two-story homes. These homes will offer two to four bedrooms, include garages, and range between 1,400 and 1,800 square feet in size.
Both communities will have their own leasing offices and pools, and they will share a dog park and open space between the two properties.
These developments reflect Celina’s ongoing growth and commitment to expanding housing options for residents.
