During this time, Orr Street at Bolivar was also temporarily inaccessible, causing minor disruptions for local traffic in this residential neighborhood.

This area, known for its proximity to popular spots like the now-closed The Meat Up restaurant on Bolivar St and the charming homes along Magnolia St, is a bustling part of town.
